- Pilates Classes
Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in your body in a balanced fashion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.

- Fascia Release
Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. It’s not always easy to understand what trigger point is responsible for the pain. For that reason, myofascial release is often used over a broad area of muscle and tissue rather than at single points.

- Reformer Sessions
Using spring-loaded resistance on a Reformer bed, Reformer Pilates focuses on increasing lower, upper and core strength, as well as posture, breathing and spine alignment. The Reformer bed allows for great versatility in classes as exercises can be done lying down, sitting and standing.

- Rehabilitative Pilates
Pilates can help to restore and retrain muscle function following one of the impairments. It's also effective in preventing osteoporosis and can even reduce the effects of aging in an individual. Pilates helps to stabilize any pain in the body and works to alleviate that pain over time.

- Swedish Massage
Relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But the benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.
