Meerenbosch Frail Care Centre The Meerenbosch frail care provides 24 hour nursing care for the elderly as well as Assisted Living.

Optimim Care Nursing Sevices operates the Meerenbosch Frail Care facility and have been offering 24 hour nursing care to it's residents and the broader community since it's establishment 15 years ago in 2008. The frail care consists of 22 beds in total that offer Private rooms, Semi-private rooms and 4 Bed Wards as accommodation. The assisted living units are all privately owned and the estate agent, Linette Teepe Properties can be contacted regarding availability and pricing for rental or purchase. Optimim Care Nursing also offers the care services to these units depending on the level of care the resident may need. The Meerenbosch Frail Care Centre is located on the outskirts of Durbanville in D'urbanvale at 68 Falcon Street, just opposite Clara-Anna Fontein. Our services include the following:

- 24 Hour medical care & assistance.
- Medication management.
- 3 Nutritional meals daily as well as coffee/tee & evening snacks provided by
Western Province Caterers.
- Cleaning of rooms on a daily basis & laundry services.
- 24 Hours security.
- Respite care and long term care available.
- Access to community facilities, such as hairdresser, library, etc.
- Pleasant & comfortable surroundings in a relaxed atmosphere.
- Our care units can also accommodate couples.
