Illness begins long before symptoms appear, but wellness is a work in progress and it’s the daily choices that make the difference. True wellbeing asks us to put preventative measures in place and to make lifestyle adjustments that point us towards health.
When I wrote An Integration of Ideas: Introducing Totalism, my idea was to invite you to rethink what lifelong health really means. For me, wellness is about balance, energy, quality of life, and peace of mind.
