No Payn, No Gain Sports Massage I offer sports massage as well as kinesiology taping.I have massaged at Cape Epic, Wine to Whales, Run the Vines,Triathlons,Swimming gala's,Rugby matches.

I also offer corporate chair massages. Phone/ sms / e-mail for a booking with myself Caitlyn Payn. *A fee of R80 will be charged if you do not pitch for your appointment or if you don't give 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment without a valid reason. To offer:

Full Leg ( 30 min )
Full body (45min -1 hour )

I have massaged at events such as: Western Province Swimming Championships in 2013 and Land Rover N1 City Triathlon as well as the ept massage-a-thon 2014 in preparation of Wine to Whales

I offer my massages to any athlete in any sporting code. I offer massages at requested events and at these events I either work alone or along side Physiotheraist Shayne Fourie. What is required of the client:
Fill in a waiver of responsibility. Let me know your medical history and any injuries you may have. Wear loose comfortable clothing ( because of the oil )
