Hi everyone ,

On Thursday 14 May at 6PM we’ll be hosting a really beautiful evening at The Zen Collective.

We’ll start with a gentle 30-minute stretch yoga session with me, followed by a short guided meditation for inner calm and nervous system reset, and then Karin will take us into a deeply relaxing one-hour sound journey.
