Connecting Mommies to Mannabears for Healthy Future Generations
After losing my first baby I started to question many things including what I was feeding myself. This led to me beginning to read the labels of food to the studies of loss of nutrient values to where I could possibly get these nutrients in so that my body can function the way that it was supposed to.
A couple months after the birth of my beautiful daughter it came time to introducing solids and boy was there SO MUCH to learn!
