Welcome to TheraPlay - a supportive space where parents are met with compassion, understanding and practical guidance as they navigate their child’s emotional world.

I’m Caitlin Kennedy, and I’m here to support you through online parent support and guidance. I work alongside parents to better understand their child’s behaviour, emotions, and needs, and to develop confident, effective ways of responding at home.

With years of experience supporting families, I’ve seen how powerful it is when parents are equipped with the right tools, insight, and reassurance. Small changes in understanding and approach can lead to meaningful shifts in connection, emotional regulation and family wellbeing.
