Sometimes, especially when we are prejudiced or hurt, it can be difficult to hear or see clearly. As a believer, I try to always look up and not back, knowing where my strength comes from.

Remember this: “Without the depths, I do not have the heights.” ~ Carl Jung, The Red Book.

"Dear Village,

I have been supporting a family with three children for ten years now. The oldest just finished matric, really exceeded all expectations, and developed into a top achiever in his low performing townships school. Him and his friends organised extra tutorials on Saturdays and Sundays (he worked 7 days a week with enthusiasm up to the early hours of the mornings). See his results attached of the September exams. It is really incredible, considering he started off with code 2s, 3s, and 4s in primary school. He has now been accepted to study pharmacy at Rhodes University. His smartphone is at its last, and he needs one to keep contact with family when in Makhanda /Grahamstown and to help him with his school work. He doesn't have a laptop at the moment as well. If someone were blessed with a smartphone upgrade, please consider donating your old phone to this very disciplined, deserving young man. If someone has an old laptop to donate, it would also be highly appreciated. I assist the family where I can, but as I work for a NGO with a government subsidy that will be severely cut from April first, I cannot assist with the above at the moment..."

South Africans have definitely been victims of narcissistic abuse in the past. As a nation we have gone through every type of abuse and we are now displaying beautiful symptoms of trauma recovery, it has been a 30 year process but we have just experienced a month of triumph over the decades of tribulation.

The of th power in the wrong hands by our Government from the National Party to the decline of the ANC, since the passing of Madiba.

Too much &
was taking place which left a nation no other choice but to experience
and slowly cutting ties with all
.

Our & began 3 decades ago through gentle & the humane efforts like the truth & reconciliation commission where began to take place.

There are still people in this country that suffer from but the majority have become
by choosing to no longer be victims.

What is imperative for us to show the rest of the world is that we will no longer accept the force over our autonomy with and by taking our own personal power back with wiser and healthier
by focusing on through the leadership of humans with good intentions and integrity to preserve our as a for out fellow man by practicing as we focus on as .

The have created a of careful & with knowledge & discipline through their approach which most nations of the world are failing dismally at.

We are a country with as we continue our with and by sharing all of our and we can proudly say we are of on so many platforms with absolute humility which has been engraved in our colorful hearts.

By understanding the need for like we did through sport we can show the rest of the planet who are suffering and experiencing similar challenges and who need to begin their own journey of healing and recovery. It's important to engage with support networks and professionals for guidance and healing through and LOVE ❤️
