Antenatal classes help you to prepare for your birth! With all the information learned, it will give you confidence and empower you and your partner to make the best decisions for your labour and birth experience.

Our courses are very informative and fun! We laugh, sometimes cry, but most of all, we learn!

It also gives the opportunity to meet other new and expecting parents. Making friends and build a support system during the first few years of your baby’s life!
