The programme targets in and out of school youth aged 10-24 to influence risk reduction, behaviour change and promote empowerment. delivers core and layered HIV prevention and management services in targeted settings such as TVET and CET colleges and other resolute community safe spaces. It also uses a mobile health facility to deliver HIV and SRH (sexual reproductive health)related services at different points in communities within or nearby schools, TVETs and safe spaces.

The Best Practice Dissemination Workshop brought together partners and programme implementers to highlight effective, evidence-based approaches in HIV prevention for key and vulnerable populations. This gathering featured skills building workshops, presentations and interactive discussions that highlighted innovative strategies, scalable models, and community-led solutions that contributes towards tangible impact on the ground. More than just a showcase, it was a space for learning, sharing, and aligning on what truly works, setting a gold standard for community public health interventions that are inclusive, sustainable, and driven by real-world success.
