Start small:
1. Walk at least 30 mins daily, 3-5 times a week

2. Stay hydrated by drinking atleast 1L of pure water per day

3. Get enough sleep

4. If you work in an office setting, sitting down, have regular stretching sessions

5. Cut down on sugar
