Focus on diaphragmatic breathing 🫁 - breathe in through your nose, letting your belly rise, and exhale slowly through your mouth 🌬 This calms the nervous system, reduces muscle tension, and helps activate your deep core muscles more effectively during rehab 👍🏻💙
