Great to be back on the road racing. Duathlon definitely a little bit more challenging than a triathlon but nevertheless it was fun and a beautiful day for it... P.S. Makhaya kicked my butt! Also incredible to see so many patients of mine smashing it!

Incredible experience to have spent two days at the Cricket South Africa medical conference at Wanderers Cricket Stadium in Johannesburg. Nothing like being around like minded, friendly, passionate and experienced people to hone the skills and to stir the desire to help more!
