Today's Movement-Of-The-Day 🤸‍♀️ is a lunge to knee lift.

Complete 3 sets, lunging 15 reps with each leg.

•••

✅ Keep your supporting leg sturdy
✅ Back up straight, especially when you lift the knee
✅ Lunge as low as you can, keeping your knee just off the floor
✅ If balance is an issue, put a chair next to you and hold onto the back of the chair to keep you from falling over
