Our hot yoga studio offers 3 classes - designed to fit your busy schedule and be accessible and effective for everyone. Our classes incorporate breathing exercises and are performed in a heated room to enable the body to stretch more deeply without the risk of injury. Each session provides an intense cardio workout, deep strengthening and toning of the muscles and a cleansing detox to the body and mind. SPRINT session for those busy days, 60 minutes
BUILD session for toning and strength building 60 minutes
FUSION session for strength. alignment tand flexiblity, 60 minutes

FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS:
You will need to hydrate your body through the day prior to class, drink lots of water. We have mats for your use and towels which are for HIRE. Wear something form-fitting to stay comfortable. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to register and discuss any health issues. Come along with an open mind and be prepared to have a good work-out. A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never got back to its old dimensions.
