In a wonderful act of kindness, our residents knitted and delivered dolls to the CHOC organisation for the children for Christmas.

This small act of love has woven a warm thread of hope and comfort for the children—reminding us that the simplest gifts, made with kindness, can mean the most!

✨ Meet Juanita and Marolize ✨

At EverGrace Care, we’re proud to have an incredible team dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment for our residents and their families. Two of those key team members are Juanita and Marolize, whose care and commitment ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Juanita is our dedicated Office Administrator. She plays a vital role in managing the administrative needs of our step-down residents, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. A mom of two teenagers, Juanita brings a nurturing touch to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys knitting, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Marolize is our compassionate Facility Administrator. She oversees staff coordination, resident care, and communication with families—handling the many day-to-day operations that keep our facility thriving. Known for treating every resident like her own family, Marolize brings heart and warmth to all she does. When she’s not at EverGrace Care, she loves relaxing at the beach, reading a good book, or enjoying board games with loved ones!

We’re deeply grateful for these two incredible women who ensure every detail is taken care of, so our residents and their families can feel truly at home. 🩵

At EverGrace, we’re proud to have passionate professionals who bring both heart and expertise to everything they do—and Dr. Pohl is a perfect example.

A dedicated family person, Dr. Pohl finds daily inspiration in her two wonderful children and the joy of balancing a fulfilling home life with a career she truly loves. With a special passion for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, she combines clinical skill with creativity, helping patients feel confident and cared for.

Dr. Pohl’s background as a qualified mediator and her leadership roles within multiple dental practices reflect her commitment to compassionate, thoughtful care—both for her patients and her team. She brings those skills into her role as Head of Operations at EverGrace Care, where she leads with empathy, clarity, and a collaborative spirit.
Her calm presence and unwavering pursuit of excellence make her an essential part of what makes EverGrace truly unique.

Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying music, the outdoors, and meaningful time with her loved ones.
