Check the posture and feet of your little ones

Poor shoulder posture, often appearing as hunched or rounded shoulders, is caused by muscle imbalances from activities like prolonged computer use or poor ergonomics.

Poor foot posture is an abnormal alignment of the feet, such as flat feet or high arches, that can cause a "domino effect" of pain, affecting the knees, hips, and back. This misalignment can result from issues like excessive pronation (inward rolling) or supination (outward rolling) of the feet, leading to uneven weight distribution and strain on joints and muscles. Solutions include wearing custom orthotics and maintaining good posture while sitting and standing.
