Free to Move Studio Pilates group and private classes for adults and children, in a private home studio. I have been a Pilates instructor for 10 years now.

I have worked with Vicki Luff of Dynamic Body Studio and currently teach at Virgin Active. "Free too Move Studio" was birthed with the vision that my members will find a source of peace, laughter and friendship. A safe relaxed space where they can work on core strength, mobility and flexibility and find a new freedom in movement! Children will gain spatial awareness, core strength and flexibility.

Learn relaxation and grounding techniques and have the freedom to express themselves through movement.
