Did you know?

Did you know that each time you have your Bars run, you clear points of view for you and 150,000+ people connected to you?

It’s a wild thought, we know, so let’s look a little deeper.

Have you ever had a thought go through your head and then right away somebody else said it aloud?

It's easy to write off a moment like that as coincidence. But, what if those moments weren't anomalies?

What if they actually indicated how aware we truly are?

Take a moment like that, and broadband it out and acknowledge that you are aware of other people's thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

What if you were so aware that like 99% of your thoughts feelings and emotions didn’t actually belong to you?

That means there’s a whole lot of psychic people walking around in the world picking up on everything going on with everyone else.

So...if we can pick up on other people’s stuff, and they can pick up on ours.....what would get created if you were walking around the world in true space and joy?

Can you perceive the ripple of you being a different possibility in the world?

And, the beauty is: you don’t have to change anyone else; you can just BE different and create change.

This is one of the gifts of Access Bars. It invites you to more of you.

When you are more of you, you show other's it's possible.
And, you show up as a space for them.

All of life comes to me with ease and joy and love.

"There used to be a time where I would wake up everyday and just cry.

Cry because no matter what modality, approach, aura clearing or rain dance I tried, I couldn’t find joy.

I knew it should be possible. I knew it not with my head where my thoughts of doubt and self judgement lived, I KNEW it in my being... I always had.

Growing up I would do anything to make the people around me happy. Whether it was telling jokes to random home visitors or performing full shows in the tv room to anyone who would sit long enough to receive, I always desired the people around me to be happy... why was I not able to create it for me?

In the year 2000, I was done. I had tried it all from my point of view and I just couldn’t stand the idea of living out a life with my joy quota at zero.

Once I made the demand that something change, I answered an ad in the local paper that read... “All of life comes to me with ease, joy & glory.”

Those 11 words changed my entire life.

I take it back.

Those 11 words saved my life.

Fast forward to current day...
I will not lie to you. I still wake up with crank sometimes. I still have days where I don’t want to be around people. I still have doubt float though my reality from time to time... but NONE of it owns me or defines me.

I have tools. I have tools that are able to walk me out of anything I find myself in. ANYTHING.

Answering that ad in the paper 21 years ago, choosing to get my Bars run truly launched me into a life full of possibility, magic & miracles and my gratitude is immeasurable.

Whatever you’re going through, there’s hope.
The Access Bars was what created it for me and my ask is that you find what it is that will create for you!

Gratitude for yourself open doors to so many possibilities

When was the last time you expressed gratitude for YOU, and all that you be?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The holidays are a time when many people practice giving gratitude for their loved ones, for the world, for their life...but when was the last time you said “body, I have gratitude for you today?”.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As has said: “Anything you have gratitude for, you don’t doubt. Gratitude cannot coexist with judgment or doubt”.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Actively practicing gratitude for you, and everything you bring to this world, eliminates the judgment you may have around not being “enough”, or being “wrong”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There doesn’t need to be a caveat (“I’m grateful for me...well except for this one thing…”). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You can simply be grateful for the gift that you are for this world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What if?

What if today could be the beginning of something different?

So often we get overwhelmed by life that we lose touch with the fun that's actually available.

The stress, overwhelm and expectations of life can build up and clutter the mind with their intensity.

Yet, we have the choice to let that go, to relax and expand out. Although sometimes we forget that that is even possible.

So, let us remind you today, that even amid the intensity of life, relaxation and space are only a choice away.

We love Access Bars sessions as they start dissolving all that clutter from within.

Who could use a little extra relaxation and nurturance right about now?

It's been a wild year, and it's so easy to stuff the stress and overwhelm into our minds and bodies.

You could probably guess this if you've been reading our posts, but Access Bars can be a wonderfully relaxing experience.

One of the things that the Bars really contributes, is opening people up to receiving.

Receiving nurturance.
Receiving relaxation.
Receiving more of the space they be.

What could letting go of the stress in your life create for you?

Tap into that yummy space, and immerse in it.
