This body is running on yoga & Pilates🤞🏾

Not even half way through the year but I feel drained.

I really thought I was slowing a bit down in 2026, walking away from PF and cut down my classes, but somehow I still find myself busy.

Subbing for other teachers, being contacted for corporate events, working on class plans (practicing sequences)

Decided to also study again this year & work on other things I want to do for IBY studio and its growth and family.

Sometimes I am unsure which breath to use in/out through nose or in thro' nose out thro' mouth.
