1 tbsp Bicarbonate of soda
2 tbsp Bentonite clay (to reduce overall abrasiveness)
2 tbsp Fractionated coconut oil
1 tbsp Charcole powder (optional)
3–5 drops Peppermint essential oil
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the dry powders together.
2️⃣ Slowly add coconut oil until you get a paste.
3️⃣ Stir in essential oils.

💡 Tips when using bicarb
Use a soft toothbrush to avoid enamel damage.
Avoid brushing too hard.
You don’t need to use bicarb every day — you can alternate with a gentler formula.

Maria Avraamides is the owner of Holistic Emporium and has studied Aromatherapy with the South African Herbal Medicine and Health and passed with Distinction. She has certificates in the following modalities of massage: Rungu Massage, Calabash Massage, Bamboo Massage and African Poultice Massage.

She offers clients advice on all things Aromatherapy. She is passionate about service and certified essential oils. She is a full member of SAAHSP as is her company Holistic Emporium.

Holistic Emporium has been servicing the Health and Beauty industry since 2004. She has built a good reputation with overseas and local suppliers. She is one of the official spokes person on Aromatherapy for SAAHSP.

Holistic Emporium is here to service the Health and Beauty Industry as well as the Private individual for home care use.
