How do you start your Saturday morning of perfectly🤔?

For us, it's yoga with a story, yoga inspired games and activities, zen time, fun in the sun and the best cup of tea made by a tiny Queen🌺

These kids classes take place every second Saturday. Children will gain all the benefits of a yoga and mindfulness practise while still having fun and learning new things🌿

Ola🌈 I am Dani, mama of 3, Colour Therapist and Kids Yoga instructor.

I am passionate about teaching children how to connect with themselves through movement, breathwork and meditation, all whilst having fun!

I do mindfulness meditations and teach children about their chakra systems and how to activate and balance them in a way that they're able to understand🌈

Solarised Water is a wonderful part of Colour Therapy, backed by sceintific research which proves that different colour water can assist with various illnesses, ailments and mental and emotional health issues.

Solarised water, with the correct colour being made and used correctly can help imrpove our overall well-being.

This method of healing can also be used to help clear and balance our Chakras, the energy centre within our bodies.

I have named a few areas in which solarised water is known to be especially useful:
Skin ailments (such as Eczema)
Ability to focus
Depression
Anxiety
Improves Blood Circulation
Immune Booster
Blood Pressure
Muscle Cramps
Weight loss/management

In this workshop, you will learn when and how to use specific colours, learn how to make your own solarised water AND get to go home with your own range of solarised water made with love and intention, the glass bottles will come in handy for if you'd like to re-use them ti make your own solarised water in future.
