Crime Report

On the 19th of August at 6:58pm BlackHawk Riskintel received a call from CPF Sector 2 that there could be a possible stolen vehicle in the Claremont area,

We were provided with an address and a BlackHawk unit along with SAPS Anti-gang unit responded to the site.

The vehicle was quickly secured while members of BlackHawk Riskintel made contact with the owner of the vehicle to confirm that the vehicle was in fact stolen earlier that day.

The vehicle and the case has been handed over to SAP for further investigation.

BlackHawk RiskIntel Brief

In the early evening of the 16th of August, our team received a call of a Motor Vehicle that had rolled on Albertina Sisulu road. With quick response, we arrived onsite in conjunction with Afriforum rdp, Cpf sector 2, ER24, EMERGI Med and ComMed There were a total of 13 patients requiring medical assistance. BlackHawk RiskIntel along with others provided crowd control and provided back up support with the patients on scene. Thank you to our team and to all involved!

BlackHawk RiskIntel Brief

On the 09/08/2020 between 01h00 and 02h00 in the morning BlackHawk RiskIntel recieved a request for back up along with Sector 2, Apcan and Abuntu after a report of suspect's jumping walls within the Discovery area

When we arrived on scene we found that there was a break-in at a house in Killburn Street, Discovery. We assisted with the search for suspects who had already fled the scene.

While onsite a single shot was fired two blocks down from Killburn. Majority of the teams went down to Raath Street where one suspect was apprehended by ourselves along with Sector 2 and the other suspect was apprehended by Apcan and Sector 2.

A gate-motor was found on scene, and the suspects were taken to the nearest police station.
