I am a qualified counselling psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. I am accredited with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I also hold certifications in life and executive coaching. My practice is situated in Greenstone Hill, Edenvale an

d is exclusively designed to support teenagers and adults. My approach to coaching and counselling is solution-focused, empowering and personalised. These techniques aid in identifying a solution to the problem as soon as possible. The methods I adopt minimise the time spent in therapy, but most importantly, it minimises the suffering and struggling of my clients.
