Today we pause to reflect on the power of reconciliation — with our history, with one another, and within ourselves.
True reconciliation goes beyond words; it requires listening, empathy, accountability, and healing.
Mental health plays a vital role in this process. Unhealed trauma, unresolved pain, and silenced stories can continue to affect individuals, families, and communities. When we create safe spaces for conversation, support, and understanding, we allow healing to begin.
May today remind us to be kinder, more compassionate, and more willing to seek help — for ourselves and for each other. Healing is not a weakness; it is an act of courage.
Let reconciliation start within.
