This work is almost done... It's more than a talk though, it's a full blown health and wellbeing seminar to change and alter your children's lives forever for good. I'm tired of seeing dysfunctional kids everywhere and I'm doing something about it. Safe, effective, natural methods to improve concentration and focus. I cannot wait to get this info out to parents. First lecture will be at the clinic yoga studio soon... Please spread the word. We REALLY can change our childrens futures.

The joy of movement and maintaining our health is for this exact reason.(see pic) What good is life if all you can do after age 30 is sit at a desk and stare at a screen? All the work and all the effort required to stay healthy is so that you can enjoy moments like these with your younger family members. Don't be lazy, look after yourself by moving your body regularly and boy will it reward you. Get your regular chiropractic check up to optimise and maintain spinal mobility.

This is the reality of what happens when you neglect your spine. If only we could adapt an attitude where we look after our spines the way we look after our teeth. Being proactive about movement and inflammation is VITAL to prevent spinal decay.

This is my attempt at getting my next Habit (there's a long list of them) under control... Detox, and then moderate use within guidelines. Endless surfing is melting your brain and stealing your productivity and maybe we need to yank up that handbrake really hard to get things in check and under our control.

Took a pic of the local golf course river and the amount of plastic in it is truly heartbreaking. have the COOLEST bins to get you more involved in recycling and its an absolute WIN. For a grand and a half you can actually say you're making a difference.....I'll be petitioning for a plastic tax soon too. (just like sugar)
