I practice both Jikiden (traditional Japanese Reiki) and Usui Reiki Ryoho (western style Reiki). In addition to Reiki, I offer crystal body and foot massages. These are not traditional massages but rather make use of crystal wands to eliminate negative energies that cause dis-ease in the body. I believe perfect health requires our lives to be in balanced by taking a holistic approach in our diet, exercise, spirituality, lifestyle, work and healing. Both Reiki and Crystal therapies are antidotes to the stressful lives we lead and the benefits from adopting alternative therapies for overall health cannot be overstated. Please also remember - Reiki can do NO harm, you can only benefit positively from it. That is why it is a perfect therapy for anyone from babies in uterus to the elderly and infirm.
