Strengthening Standards, Driving Excellence: Our Work with SABS

At EndlessLife, we are privileged to partner with institutions that play a pivotal role in shaping Africa’s competitiveness and global positioning. One such collaboration was with the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), a cornerstone institution tasked with setting and maintaining national standards that safeguard quality, innovation, and trust.

In partnership with Afri-Group Consulting, led by Mr. Tebo Nwanjang and Zohakiy Mbi-Njifor, we supported the SABS Board to review and redefine their organizational Strategy Session—sharpening priorities and co-developing pathways for sustainability, efficiency, and impact.

Our contribution included:
✅ Facilitating strategy discussions focused on revenue growth, financial sustainability, and operational excellence.
✅ Providing strategic input into ICT modernization, human capital management, and infrastructure planning to enable a robust turnaround strategy.
✅ Supporting the board in redefining SMART objectives and KPIs aligned with SABS’ long-term vision of being a leading standards authority.
✅ Repositioning strategy discussions to move beyond “turnaround” towards growth, relevance, and future competitiveness.

This engagement reaffirmed the importance of strong governance, innovation, and systems thinking in driving institutions like SABS forward—ensuring they continue to enable industries, protect consumers, and open opportunities for African businesses in global markets.

Turning Evidence into Action: Documenting SRHR Best Practices in South Africa

At EndlessLife, we believe that when lessons are captured and shared, they become powerful tools for change. That’s why we were proud to work with the World Health Organization (WHO AFRO) and the National Department of Health (South Africa) to document best practices in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

✨ Led by our CEO, Zohakiy Mbi-Njifor, EndlessLife played a central role in:

* Conducting literature reviews and consultations across all 9 provinces

* Engaging NGOs, CSOs, academia, and health providers to surface proven models

* Documenting and analyzing practices in family planning, LARCs, digital training packages, and public-private partnerships

* Extracting lessons learned and recommendations for replication, scale-up, and sustainability

From digital SRHR training modules that strengthen health worker capacity, to campaigns breaking stigma, to partnerships expanding contraceptive access—we captured what works, why it works, and how it can be adapted across Africa.

This work goes beyond producing reports. It’s about amplifying voices of change, strengthening health systems, and ensuring women and girls can access their SRHR rights without barriers.

We’re proud that these documented best practices will contribute to the WHO Africa SRHR Compendium, enabling governments, implementers, and advocates to replicate and scale what truly delivers impact.
