📍 From 9–11 July, the Trouw Nutrition South Africa Team came together at Khaya Ibhubesi for an energising 3-day Sales conference. It was a space for connection, strategy, and real growth. 🤝

We were privileged to welcome Samuel Sewagudde from Nutreco MEA, who shared valuable insights into our new Ways of Working — especially around brand planning and marketing alignment. 🧠📊

We also had the honour of Sue Anderson, who unpacked the Lumina Spark personality framework — giving us deeper insight into ourselves and how we work best as a team. 🌈🧩

Trouw Nutrition South Africa was proud to attend ESPN, with our GM Theunis de Bruyn representing the team alongside our valued customers Dewald Steyn and Henk Alberts 🤝

What an incredible two days of insights, innovation, and connection!

Last week we hosted our Sprayfo Distributors Event at the scenic Delsma Farm in the Western Cape. It was an honour to bring together our passionate agents and distributors for a packed program focused on elevating calf rearing practices and sharing the latest research in young animal nutrition.

🌍 We were proud to welcome two international experts:
🔹Eile van der Gaast, who shared valuable comparisons between Sprayfo Ultimo, Royal, and Delta, and explored the profitability of CMR over traditional milk feeding.
🔹 Dr. Javier Martín-Tereso, who delved into the science behind Ultimo, CMR composition, and metabolic programming.

From hydration solutions to pricing challenges and product innovation, we tackled it all—together.

Yesterday, Trouw Nutrition South Africa hosted a powerful Ruminant Day at Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel—a day dedicated to advancing ruminant health and performance.💙🐄🐂🐑

From gut integrity and phytogenics to responsible mineral management, the conversations were rooted in science and driven by impact. 🌿
