Patrick is a certified Reiki and breathwork practitioner, who finds joy in helping the full individual - heart, mind and body - to find healing. His Heart Centred Healing practice is based mostly on using Reiki energy healing, but also incorporates aspects of Body Talk, breathwork, hand reflexology, crystal healing and kinesiology. At Heart Centred Healing, Patrick places a lot of emphasis on combating and minimising stress. In today's world, stress is very often not only the cause of physical, emotional and mental imbalance, but also what prevents our bodies and minds from healing. We don't realise how much tension we carry around with us all the time. This restricts our ability to deal with everything from physical illness to emotional discomfort to negative mental states. By slowly and deliberately freeing ourselves from that strain, we can begin to heal from the inside out. As Patrick focuses on the individual and specific needs of each client, every treatment session is unique. Every initial consultation is at least two hours to allow for a full assessment. The cost is R600 per session. Patrick also offers energy clearing for homes and work environments to remove negative impediments, balance energy flows and promote positive well-being.
