Computer Vision Syndrome

Symptoms:
- Blurred vision
- Double vision
- Dry, red eyes
- Eye irritation

Remember to take extra care of your eyes when you are working on a PC all day long, and be mindful to follow the 20-20 rule! You can also prevent CVS by blinking often and keeping your eyes moist.

Look away from the screen every 20 minutes and look at something around 6 - 7 meters away for about 20 seconds. 👓
