Today, the weather in Emalahleni mirrors our sadness as we bid a final farewell to our beloved colleague and friend, Monica Dreyer. After a courageous and tireless battle with cancer, Monica left us on Sunday, 15 December.

For all of us, she was much more than a colleague—she was a confidante, a friend, a guiding light, and an unwavering advocate.

We will miss her infectious smile and the quick jokes that often brought moments of levity when the weight of a busy day felt overwhelming.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

Tannie Monica, though your space is now empty, you will forever live on in our hearts.

💜Reflecting on World Prematurity Day💜

Though World Prematurity Day may have passed, the significance of supporting premature babies and their families is something we hold dear every day.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our very own Sr Martie van Rooyen and Sr Ria Keen for their incredible kindness and thoughtfulness. They created and donated beautiful gifts for the babies and moms at Witbank Hospital, spreading warmth and care during a challenging time. Your generosity truly makes a difference!

At Industrial Health Medical Screening Services, we are proud to contribute to such meaningful causes and show our support for the tiniest fighters and their families.

While we are diligently working on our current project for Mandela Day 2024, we wanted to take a moment and reflect on some of our previous projects these past few years. It is our belief that we must invest in our community, just like our community invests in our company.

These last two weeks have been difficult for our team. We are saddened by the sudden passing of our friend and colleague Confidence Mkhabela.

She was an inspiration to many of us and will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

Confidence was always ready with a bright smile every morning and a friendly goodbye every afternoon.

May she rest softly in peace.
