Introducing Janine Swanepoel, a distinguished member of our team who brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as a biokineticist.

Originally from Secunda, Janine completed her honours at NWU Potchefstroom in 2014 and interned at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa in Newlands. Not only is she a Level 2 hurdles and sprints coach with over 7 medals from South African championships, but she also competed nationally in the 100m and 200m races until the age of 24.

Janine's favourite aspects of biokinetics include making a difference in people’s lives, rehabilitating challenging injuries, meeting new people, and enjoying the company of those she works with. Outside of work, her hobbies include paddle tennis, spending quality time with her family, and running.

We are proud to introduce Tarien van Wyk, our passionate Junior Biokineticist hailing from Gauteng. Tarien graduated as the top Biokinetics student of 2023 from NWU Potchefstroom.

She loves helping people achieve their best by witnessing positive progress and enjoys working with friendly faces, making each client's experience enjoyable and positive. Tarien’s hobbies include exercising, horseback riding, spending time with loved ones, and playing musical instruments. She also has a background in netball and trains for endurance horseback riding.
