What causes Lower Back Pain?
80% of people experience LBP at some point in their lives. It is one of the most common reason why people visit health care providers.
Symptoms of LBP can come suddenly or appear gradually. Sometimes pain occurs after a specific event, other time you may not know what caused the pain.
LBP can be caused by:
- Strains or sprains
- Fractures (consult your GP)
- Disc problems
- Structural problems (posture, muscles, ligaments, SIJ, etc.)
- Arthritis
- Disease
- Spondylolisthesis
