So I haven't updated this page as I had lost faith in my practice and questioning whether it was worth pursuing to share my moves.

Hi yoga fans

I've delayed uploading the video corresponding to the latest pictures and WOW what a way to compliment still pictures than to give them some motion!

More intense yoga workouts. SO GLAD because I pulled off my first handstand!!! (and held it! :) )
