There is actually some debate about this in the dental community. Some say brush first, some say floss first, some say it doesn't matter. They are just excited that you're doing both!

But, if there were a correct way 😁

🦷 Floss first - this gets the gums clean and loosens any debris or stuck on plaque. It also brings out any bacteria and removes food from between your teeth.

🦷 Now brush - brush away the loosened plaque along with the germs, bacteria and food debris that you collected when flossing.

So that's it. Now, go floss and brush your teeth. It takes less than three minutes - 30 seconds to floss and two minutes to brush.
