HORSES HAVE DREAMS TOO
Yes , you saw right!!
In my 6 year journey with our herd and FEEL , I have learned to close my tongue and open the ears in my chest. In the quiet I can hear . Not only about myself and my life , but also of that around me. The message is clear and cannot be put better than Horse Spirit Connections (In Canada , where we did our certification in FEEL): HORSES HELPING PEOPLE HELPING HORSES!
Here is what happened: The herd started to change their “roaming behaviour " drastically . They were only seen on our side of the mountain when water is finished on the other side , their usual space . In a few cases they were “waiting” for a client on our side. The past 3 weeks they came over every day . At first I did not get the message , until I went up the mountain to just check on them and be with them, grounded, aware and present. Then I “heard” “ FEEL successors are needed! Our mares have not yet bred and they are already over 10 years! They managed to alert the stallion and he knew exactly when they will be coming over to this side. ….. This dream of theirs was made possible!! Franelzi El-Shadan was taken into the freedom of the mountain to breed . To breed and preserve his bloodline . His purpose!
So , how is it that with this simple event , horses are helping people ?
PURPOSE , is what I heard!! The stallion was very clear about his core defined purpose and the question was: “ How many humans are clear about their core defined purpose in life?
CLARITY is key. What is it you want? Do you have boundaries on what you don’t want? What is your dream? What is limiting you? What is it that you need to let go of? What perception is needed to shift?
These are but a few questions that FEEL horse partners can help us humans get some answers to,
The same event completed the sentence… People helping horses ! Yes , through humans that will treat horses as the great teachers they are , and not only use them as tools or instruments to feed the human ego! Allow them to be just horses as well . Open space, grass fields, “bare feet” , sunshine , some freedom and also respect of personal space!
That then , are some of the dreams our horses have . Dreams to benefit humans and horses. Dreams to evolve together!

HAVING WALLS AROUND YOUR HEART?
This was the question that came as I was "treated" by Shalom , one of our FEEL horse partners.
Building walls around your heart is a metaphor for developing a protective emotional detachment, often in response to past trauma , to protect from experiencing more pain . Betrayal, broken trust, emotional unsafety, abuse and rejection from people we love and supposed to be our friends , are some causes for this behaviour.
While it may offer a short term sense of safety , it can cause a range of negative psychological , relational and even physical effects.
Emotional numbness , difficulty with “ receiving”, not experiencing joy, difficulty with trust and vulnerability, difficulty in genuine connection , avoiding intimate physical touch, increased stress and anxiety and communication breakdown to name a few.
Our horse FEEL partners can help break down walls by teaching trust , letting go of control, providing a non-judgmental presence that fosters a deep sense of connection and peace. Some of them can actually make you laugh too. The gentle love they bring helps break the barrier to physical contact and can assist with comfort of closeness and touch. With them , individuals can safely process trauma and build confidence in a supportive nature based environment.
My visit today brought me closeness, love, laughter and even a kiss!

BOUNDARIES, PERSONAL SPACE AND MENTAL HEALTH:
In our "CONNECTION" activity, valuable lessons from our horse partners are learned. From respecting another's boundaries and personal space to discovery of own lack of setting healthy boundaries or even having completely closed off boundaries. So many people struggle with stress, anxiety and even hidden anger, not knowing where it comes from. Constant invading of personal space and disrespecting of boundaries are both triggers to the "fight and flight" response with negative effect on mental health in the long run. It is even a trigger to anger! We think that anger needs to be managed but miss the sometimes not so obvious cause!
Allow yourself to FEEL your boundaries and personal space. Learn to have healthy boundaries and the importance of mutual respect through the embodied experience that FEEL with our horse partners brings about. .

FEELING LOW???
Allow our FEEL Horse Partners to "Lift your Spirit"
Recent studies conducted by the Institute of Heart-Math provide a clue to explain the two-way ′′healing′′ that occurs when we're close to horses.
According to researchers, the heart has an electromagnetic field larger than the brain: a magnetometer can measure the energy field of the heart that radiates from 2.4 meters to 3 meters around the human body.
While this is certainly significant, perhaps more impressive than the electromagnetic field projected by the heart of a horse is five times larger than that of a human being (imagine an electromagnetic sphere around the horse) and it can influence straight into our own heart rate.
Horses are also likely to have what science has identified as a "coherent′′ heart rate (heart rate pattern) that explains why we can feel better when we're close to them. Studies have found a coherent heart pattern or HRV to be a solid measure of well-being and consistent with emotional states of calm and joy-that is, we exhibit such patterns when we feel positive emotions.
A coherent heart pattern is indicative of a system that can recover and adapt to stressful situations very efficiently. Many times, we just need to be in the presence of horses to feel a sense of well-being and peace.
In fact, research shows that people experience many physiological benefits by interacting with horses, including lower blood pressure and heart rate, higher beta-endorphins (neurotransmitters acting as pain suppressors), decreased stress levels, decreased feelings of anger, hostility, tension and anxiety, better social working; and greater feelings of empowerment, confidence, patience and self-efficacy.

FEEL CAN BRING CONCISE INSIGHTS AND REVEAL LIMITING BELIEFS, BEHAVIOURS AND THOUGHT PATTERNS
It was so spot on when I visited the herd yesterday. Not aware of what I carry on my shoulders neither harbor in my heart, I entered their territory.
I was so taken when I was"shown " that I am not grounded in my worthiness, should take authority of my dreams and make peace with my brother...... The horses went straight to the heart of the matter and brought clarity to my "foggy" mood.
Being out in beautiful nature also contributed to my uplifting!

Today , I was overcome by the feeling of being a hamster in a wheel with no prospects on the horizon . Obviously some old and limiting beliefs ...... I decided to visit the horses and Taureq showed me the beauty of the horizon. I felt so light and full of hope , maybe some excitement about the beauty of the horizon and the prospects it holds!
Out with the old / In with the new is a continuous journey of discovery and transformation. It’s how we can create a new and better life. Within the process of moving from old to new, many of us are experiencing old issues we thought were healed or cleared coming up again. This is natural, especially during times of accelerated change in society. Rather than feeling discouraged, there is a more hopeful view. We can see these as traces of old patterns we no longer need coming up for more complete clearing. And here’s the best news: As old issues get cleared, this creates room for new heart based perspectives and guidance to come in, which we all need in today’s times of intensity and change.
Why Old Patterns Resurface and How to Release Them
First, it’s important to know that you are not alone, or wonder if you’ve done something wrong, or think that change is impossible when an old pattern resurfaces. Know that the shift energies on the planet are bringing up old programs for most people. No matter how real it feels, see whatever is coming up as not bad but simply as remnants of old stuff ready to release.
The key to releasing old programs is self acceptance and self compassion, rather than resistance, self criticism, or self doubt. The power to release unproductive thoughts and emotions comes from your heart. Draw on your heart energy with meaningful intent, and the same old perceptions and programs will ease out. The heart is stronger than negative patterns or stuck energies; it just takes some practice to let them go. FEEL is based on heart connection.
Avoiding the Downward Spiral: Acceptance and Moving On
Another important approach is to not add more mental and emotional stress to an old perception and reaction, wondering why and wherefore, or adding significance to it. For example, if you tend to get irritated or triggered by what someone says or does, and you get out of balance, that can bring up other old issues, and you may feel anger or feel sorry for yourself. Recognize the process but try not to over identify with it. This can be hard to do at times when it feels so real – again. Instead, have acceptance of whatever comes up, make peace with it, and then move on. You’ll find if you do this with meaningful heart intent, most often it will release. It may come up again, but likely with less intensity. It’s worth it to just keep practicing, as new insights and a new you will awaken. You’ll become more of your true self. FEEL is an excellent helping aid with this
