It’s been a while but we are back and so excited to welcome you for a beautiful evening of deep healing and relaxation under the new moon.

We will begin with traditional Finnish sauna rounds, alternating with cold ocean plunges at Glencairn Beach, followed by a deeply immersive Sound Healing Journey featuring Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong, Shamanic Drum & Chimes at the Eat.Surf.Yoga Studio. 🌊✨

What started as an event in December 2025 became a regular popular class happening twice a month since then. Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

I personally couldn’t imagine a better combination. Softening the body and mind in Yin Yoga and then drifting into an extra long Savasana while being carried away my mesmerising and healing sounds.

Greeting the sun with a sun salutation this morning felt wonderful and I continued with some intuitive movements, no have-to’s but whatever felt good. Just 7min for me this morning. No judgement. Just love.

As you might be able to tell, I am new to this! 😅 I don’t have a microphone yet and the sound quality was so bad, I had to do a voiceover! But like they say “you don’t have to be perfect or do things perfectly”. At least the message is clear :)

This Easter, we are opening a living sanctuary in the mountains near Piketberg. A place to slow down, breathe deeper, and remember how it feels to have time again.

There is no schedule to keep up with. No pressure to participate. Just quiet days in nature, one shared daily practice to anchor the day, and experienced practitioners nearby for 1:1 sessions if you feel like being held a little more.

Cook slowly. Walk the land. Sit by the fire. Be alone, or be together - both are welcome here.

Yin Yoga is your reminder that there is strength in stillness, wisdom in slowing down, and deep nourishment when we allow the body to open in its own time.
No pushing. No forcing. Just space to soften, breathe, and arrive exactly as you are.

A short glimpse into my story, giving some insight into what shaped how I live and work today.

For a long time, I believed I needed to do more, try harder, follow the path that was laid out for me.

What I did not realize was that what I actually needed was to slow down, listen, realign and find my own path that was true to myself. It took me 36 years to realize this and I only made radical changes at the age of 38! It is never too late to start listening to your heart and gut and to make the changes to your life that lead to joy and excitement and a life you love. Everyday.
