We have a two lady team of physiotherapists at our practice, namely Jessie Haddad, and Sara Warren. We assess and treat a range of orthopaedic injuries/conditions and sports injuries. We also offer:
- Exercise classes
- Chest physio
- Adult neuro assessment and rehabilitation
(following a stroke, head injury or spinal cord
injury)
- Amputee rehabilitation
- Rehabilitation following orthopae
dic surgeries
(joint replacements, tendon repairs etc.). We also both have a special interest in chronic pain and its management. Specific techniques available include:
- Dry needling
- Manual therapy (soft tissue mobilisation,
fascial manipulation, craniosacral therapy, joint
mobilisation)
- Taping and bracing. Along with these techniques we are strongly education, exercise and movement based and prescribe and guide exercises to allow for the patient to have a more active and engaged approach to therapy and their own rehabilitation. Home visits can be arranged for patients in the surrounding areas who are unable to get to our premises. Our Mission Statement:

In an effort to facilitate optimal treatment results and recovery of the patient, we strive to: Allocate sufficient time for consultations, facilitate the best recovery possible and to reduce the likelihood of future recurrence; and where this is not possible we strive to maintain the best treatment result possible, and to continue to expand our knowledge and expertise.
