My name is Getanya McClean I am a Pilates instructor, facilitator for energy healing and guide to others who want to live a spiritual and holistic lifestyle. This page and my business used to be called Gforce Body and Mind. As I have stepped into my power and allowing my gifts and knowledge to shine. I have restructured the business to be called Holistic Healing with Getanya. Where I don't just teach you about your body, now I integrate energy healing and holistic living into our offers. Inspiring and guiding spiritually minded and gifted woman to build their self-confidence, find a good self-care routine and step into their own power, knowing their value not only to their family and friends but to the global collection. I believe its is time that a light needs to be shine on the "woo woo" and feminine energy, to make it more accessible and acceptable by society for woman to embrace who they are and what they can naturally do. We are all here for a reason with gifts and we have that right to shine. The world needs us to shine in the darkness that is out there, when you stand in our power and shine brightly we bring hope and Piece to the world.

Who do you choose to be today?

I have been a fraid of showing all aspects of myself to the world my whole life. Not this year!

We all get to choose to be who we want to be every day. It might be scary as hell to show up as your full unapologetically self, but it's what you and the world is needing for all of us.

Especially us women, we have been pushed down to fit into these molds and ideals set by men and society for generations, and now that this is sh***ng, we all need to shift- Stand up for ourselves and come together and show how powerful women can actually be.

Our thoughts & opinions matter. Our voices need to be heard. And we all have the right to shine a light on ourselves, to be seen through the shadows that have been hiding us for so long.

I choose to stand in my power every day even though at times I'm still afraid of judgment, but I'm no longer allowing it to stop me from sharing my message or push me back into the shadows of playing small.

Again, who do you choose to be. One small shift at a time. Let's be brave together.

I love this time of year when the world scene around us is changing.

The land scapes are full of colours 😍
I live to stop and just apriciate all the beauty mother nature showing off.

Tonight is the flower full moon.
I am reconnecting with my feminine energy of the moons power.
I will be moon bathing while my spring water and crystal change in this amazing full moon crisp air.

Tapping into crystal energy to support us on our journey is so powerful. ❤️🧡🪽🌻

This week I have chosen to guide my alter with Amethyst to support me as I change my habits especially around my health. Shifting my addictive bad habits into constructive and longterm support ones .

Citrine to support my financial habits and bring in financial independence and security.

Rose quartz to keep me loving myself, my life and building strong relationships around me. So I don't feel alone and not good enough.

Clear quartz points to amplify my desires and strength my resolve. Sending out my messages out into the universe so she can work in her magical way to support me in this time of transition.

As we hit a new month, it is a perfect time to re-evaluate what has been happening in your life and what you want to achieve in this new month. And make a plan to achieve it.

Once you have done your review and dreaming, it's time to break those big achievements down into small steps that are actionable daily yet make huge progress over the month.

I love seeing all the animals potter in and out of the online class.

Interestingly, the early morning classes have more animal visits.

Online classes have aloud me to see a whole new side to my clients. I feel we are more supportive of what's happening in eachothers lives than we were when we met at the studio. Closer connection yet miles apart.

I am privileged and grateful to teach online.
Covid had a positive impact on my business and life.

Little about me..

I used to be afraid of my gifts. It was a forbidden topic growing up, I felt like there was something wrong with me, even eval.

I knew things before they happened, and I could see and speak to the dead. I was attracted to crystals and could impact people's energy around me. Yet I had no idea what it all was or how to control it.

I became scared, I wanted to understand what was 'wrong' with me, yet I had no one to ask. This was 35 years ago, so there was no internet, and the woo woo was taboo, so no one spoke about it. Especially to a kid.
This was really hard. I struggled to make friends and open up to people as I didn't want them to think I was a freak. Being dislexic made me enough of an outcast.

Only when I met my witchy side of the extended family did I realise I'm not evil or alone. Their library of books was a godsend. I spent hrs, actually months reading all sorts of things. My mind was blown, and I was excited to explore this whole new world.

This was the beginning of my journey in understanding myself, and so much has changed since then.

So when I shifted my business to embrace my whole self and bring forth the woowoo, I knew I wanted to create a community where women could come and ask questions, learn about their gifts and be around like minded people to safely explore the true selves, without stressing about been ther were one or fear of judgment and ridicule.

What a weekend! Rested and ready to face the new month.

We love us some coming. This time we took our fur baby with us she was so well behaved. She's dead today from all that running around. Kept mom on her toes. But it's was a lovely weekend with good friends and beautiful nature.

Bren even picked me some apples off the tree.
