Our process is designed to improve brain function by reducing stress, trauma, anxiety, low mood and more, thereby improving sleep, energy levels, mental clarity, motivation, happiness, performance and more. The Neurobalance process now consists of an initial four training sessions of an hour and a quarter each, with a fifth session 3 weeks after completion of the initial 4 sessions. This 3 week interval is to allow the new neural pathways that were created in the initial sessions to grow and strengthen. The initial Baseline measurement is taken during the first 2 minutes of the initial session, during which time the EEG software records brain activity and creates customised training protocols specific to your brain profile. HIRREM (High Resolution Encephalographic Mirroring) EEG measurements will be taken from relevant positions on your head and audio responses are provided in real time to your brain by means of earphones. A fully trained technician will guide you through every step of the process from beginning to end.

We love hearing how sessions translate into real-world results and this week’s testimonial highlights something powerful: improved performance, sharper focus, and renewed motivation. 🚀

When the brain is no longer stuck in stress patterns, it can redirect energy toward clarity, drive, and follow-through. That’s when high performance becomes more sustainable — not forced or driven by anxiety.

If you’ve experienced positive changes from your Cereset sessions, we’d love to hear from you!! 💬

Drop your experience in the comments, or send us a DM if you’d like your testimonial to be featured in a future post.

Your story could be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

PARENTS NEED TO WAKE UP...
Your 7-year-old wakes up exhausted.
Not because he's sick.
Because it's 6AM.

You pour him cereal.
Not because it's healthy.
Because it's quick.

He stares at an iPad.
Not because it's good for him.
Because you need to get ready.

The school calls later:
“He’s sick”
"He can't focus"
"He can't sit still"
"He needs testing"

The doctor writes a prescription.
Not because your boy is broken.
Because the system is.

The truth?
His brain and body is FIGHTING:
- Chemical food dyes
- Heavy metals
- Sugar crashes
- Screen addiction
- EMF signals
- Sleep deprivation
- Natural energy

But we medicate the child. Instead of fixing the cause.
Your grandfather's kids:

- No screens
- Played outside
- Ate real food
- Slept well
- Moved freely

No pills needed.

Modern parenting isn't convenience.
It's warfare. Against your own child.

Give him a chance:
- Clean food
- Real sleep
- Free play
- Natural movement

DON'T give him pills. The system wants patients.

CHOOSE WISELY...

Science Shows Your Brain Today is Still Affected by How Much Sleep You Got Two Weeks Ago:

What you do (or don't do) impacts your brain for a long, long time.

A new study by colleagues from Aalto University and the University of Oulu reveals that your brain’s activity and connectivity are shaped by habits and behaviors from as far back as two weeks ago.

Researchers tracked brain activity and behavior over five months using brain scans, wearable devices, and smartphone surveys.

They found that daily routines — such as how well you slept or whether you exercised — can have lasting effects on attention, memory, and cognition. Some lifestyle choices produce short-term effects lasting only a few days, while others, like sleep or exercise, can influence brain function for up to 15 days. This suggests that your cognitive performance today is not just about what you did yesterday but reflects choices made weeks earlier.

The findings highlight the importance of consistent healthy habits for long-term brain health.

Regular exercise, quality sleep, and cognitive stimulation — like reading or learning new skills — enhance neuroplasticity and improve cognitive resilience over time. Social interaction, mindfulness practices such as meditation, and a diet rich in omega-3s and antioxidants also promote emotional regulation and protect neurons, helping to prevent cognitive decline.

The study’s insights into how brain connectivity evolves could pave the way for personalized mental health treatments, enabling interventions tailored to individuals' unique brain activity patterns.

These advances may transform how we manage cognitive health and mental well-being, shifting the focus toward proactive, habit-based strategies for maintaining brain health.

Research shows being constantly busy has major side effects — It permanently reduces your ability to think:

To protect our brains, according to science, it's necessary to balance intense focus with idleness.

However, in our fast-paced world, where every spare moment is filled with checking our phones, this reset is often neglected. This constant stimulation trains our brains to crave busyness, making it harder to disconnect.

Neuroscientist Daniel Levitin highlights these concerns in his book, The Organized Mind.

He pointed out that information overload keeps us trapped in a cycle of noise, sapping both our willpower and creativity. Levitin explains that, to prevent overload, we need to hit the reset button, which means carving space in your day for lying around, meditating, or staring off into nothing.
