As some of you may know, my angel was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Ataxia Telangiectasis. She has lost the ability to walk independently and is transitioning into a wheelchair. With her weekly Physio sessions with Lancaster she surprises us with her immense strength and perseverance.

Manoshan Pillay, her amazing uncle rides the 94.7 cycle challenge to raise funds for Rare Diseases South Africa NPO 120-991 and to create awareness of Kimayas condition. Thank you to everyone who donated ❤️ Well done Manoshan !
