Upcoming events do COOR studio!!!

Stay tuned and keep a lookout! This weekend we have our public holiday mat class with some Easter exercises coming up the following weeks!

End of month free day!!! COOR studio is giving back to the community that you’ve helped build by offering a free pilates mat class on Sunday the 29th. Limited spaces.

COOR’s fools fitness will be a fun stretch and strengthen mat class. Book for yourself or with a friend. Limited spaces R250pp RSVP by the 31st of march.

Then COOR studio will be resting over Easter weekend from Friday to Monday. And will be back restored and ready for another month with you all!!
