80% of emotional trauma and all physical trauma ‘enters’ through the body, and if not resolved, results in constriction of the fascia.

These constrictions cause alignment issues which means that the weight- and power distribution in the body changes, causing chronic overload of some structures which leads to chronic pain or recurring injuries.

To release the fascia in the areas where the symptoms occur, will only give temporary relief. The secret is to know where the fascia constrictions are which cause the chronic symptoms.

After many years of experimenting, the Lyno Method came up with a full body assessment of fascia mobility, which guides us straight to the cause - unresolved emotional and physical trauma.

By releasing the fascia through activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, we convince the brain that the danger has passed and that it is safe to release the constrictions.

If you have been struggling with chronic musculoskeletal pain and injuries or old emotional trauma for years, find a practitioner who can do a full body fascia mobility assessment and who will focus on the cause.

SCIATICA is one of the most common chronic back problems and seemingly one of the most difficult to treat.

However, when doing a full body assessment of mobility, we always find the body stuck in a typical spiral pattern, which causes continuous pressure on the disc and eventually the sciatic nerve.

This results in chronic pain which may start in the back only, but over time starts to move down the back of the leg.
In severe cases it could lead to pins and needles in the foot.

By releasing the fascia in the areas that show up on our tests, we restore the natural movement and thereby release the pressure on the disc and nerve.

It is equally important in LYNO to find the habits which have caused the locked pattern. If the client continues the bad habits, it will just feed the pattern again.

If you struggle with chronic sciatica and your medical professional has ruled out serious pathology, visit a LYNO practitioner today for a full body assessment and remove the cause of this debilitating condition.
