We've looked at the greens .... now to turn our attention to the equally as Vital nutrients, found in yellow, red and orange, Fruits and Vegetables!

Gone are the days of the "5 a day" as was always a daily recommended allowance of fruit an vegetables !
On account of the decrease in the Nutrients in our Fruits and Vegetables, arising from a number of practices - it has now gone up to 13-15 a day !

The jury has long been in:
There are goodies in these pungent plants that protect us from all sorts of health problems, including cancers.

Problem is that many people find them unpalatable.
