Sometimes, it’s easy to focus on the external and completely forget the internal.
One of the sayings I grew up hearing is “you cannot pour from an empty cup ” and that resonated with me from the early days.
So I’ve been intentional about filling myself up first before pouring into others.
This valentines, I hope you pause and take a minute or more to take care of yourself.. To revitalize yourself. To energize yourself. To love yourself
Because true genuine love, starts with you!
