Prof Hannelie Meyer was last night awarded the Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA) PHILA lifetime achievement award. This is testament to her dedication and service in improving health outcomes in the population directly through her work in the various organisations in which she serves and indirectly through the many students and pharmacists she has mentored over the years.
Prof Hannelie is also the developer and founder of our one of a kind MPharm in Public health pharmacy and management that has trained many pharmacists in this specialisation.
