When I read about this concept I just thought "Oh my word, yes!" I know that for example Germans view Italians as chaotic, slow and not getting things done in time. Meanwhile however Germans being known for being super efficient and productive are most definitely a lot more stressed and tense. And I speak of experience being German myself and having grown up and lived in Germany for 28yrs. This concept is EXACTLY what humanity needs! I secretly wish I was born Italian so I would have learned all of this from birth but everyone can learn this and make it part of their lives at any time!

I am not even going to try answer that question properly, but nowadays the word is thrown around quite losely and some people might confuse what it means and and talk about being spiritual and embracing spirtuality without genuinely embodying it.

Typically a spiritual path is a journey of seeking enlightenment, understanding one's purpose, and connecting with something greater than oneself.
