The NCAA Quiet Period is a time you can talk to college coaches in-person on their college campus, BUT the coach is not allowed to watch athletes compete in-person, visit their school, talk to them at their home—or talk to them anywhere outside of the college campus.

Each sport and division level will have their own recruiting calendar that dictates when a quiet period is going on, but keep in mind that all Division 1 sports are currently in a dead period.

Even though coaches can’t visit prospects during the quiet period, recruiting is still happening. Many recruits choose to take unofficial visits during this time. Since the coach can’t come to them, they go to the coach. Also keep in mind that all digital communication is still allowed during a quiet period.

I HAVE MOVED TO 39 GLYNN STREET AKA "THE SAFEHOUSE"
Parallel to Harrington Str and a block away from Wembley Square I now find myself in a lovely Victorian house that was also used in filming Homeland [its my home too] and featured as the safehouse, hence its name!
Still working till 8pm at night and full day Sat and Sun.
