3 Things you NEED to start your fitness journey..

1 - You need to be fed up of your current situation😮‍💨

Your current frustrations will outline a problem to overcome,
THIS IS YOUR GOAL

2 - You need a PLAN! 👆🏼

My clients follow my 180day program, which is a long term commitment to a plan

This is not easy

But you need structure to follow and long term struggle to overcome your current ways of thinking

3 - You need the right approach 🤔

A big change needs a change in identity

And a change in how you see the world around you and how you interact with it.

Lastly it requires new ways of thinking to understand how your current thinking is affecting your actions

3 things I've used this year to get results ⬇️

1 - I got really clear with understanding what's holding me back.

Now once you know this it doesn't get easier, you just have direction.

2 - I've set out a plan to work on these short comings.

A plan you can stick to is more important than anything else.
So I focused on small steps I could take that would give me small wins everyday.

Something that would work for ME

3 - I removed the emotion from food and channeled it into things I need to get better at.

This was the hardest but most rewarding part

Once I put in the work to get better at things I'm scared of, I overcame things holding me back and I get amazing satisfaction from that.

And no longer do I seek out that satisfaction from food or other useless sources like social media.

P.S. - I still don't get it right all the time. I still screw up, but I get over it quick and find ways to get refocused on ACTION

Now firstly, ALL of us have times where we feel lost and the unknown gets overwhelming

But

If you are trying to be better at something
Or
Aquire new skills to level up

You're absolutely on the right track..

You might feel that progress is slow

And you don't know which direction to go next

If you could take ONE thing from this

It would be

That all your insecurities are NOT real

Everything we're scared of is created in a world far outside of reality

We're more connected than ever before and with access to way too much information

Take a deep breath, put your phone down for a second and try to be present with your thoughts and feelings in this very moment

YOU control how you think

YOU control your next choice

and your next choice is the only want that counts

So don't think about tomorrow or let yesterday confuse you

Just focus on your next choice and be good to yourself because you're the most important person in your world 🌍❤️
